Not being too acquainted with her 'gear outside of some texting she's done and some brief not-skype calls, Phi doesn't yet know to buy a second one when she wants to be the mystery woman she is. Oh well. It's probably a normal thing to be wondering...]

What's the last thing you remember before coming here?

Couldn't everyone just agree to ally, then? Though that's probably easier said than done in that kind of situation.

Someone didn't want us to win. But even then... Have you ever heard of the Prisoner's Dilemma?

I have. One of my classmates compared our situation to it and said the fear of betrayal we can't see is the most dangerous enemy.

Then you should understand why it was difficult to get everyone to ally, with the following information:

Ally + Ally = +2 points each.
Ally + Betray = -2 for who allied, +3 for who betrayed.
Betray + Betray = +/-0 points each.

Yeah, I think I understand. You don't lose any points if you betray, and choosing to ally could get you killed if you have two points or less.

Some players betrayed before we were told about the zero points penalty. Those left with one point weren't too keen on trusting others, after the reveal.

...Hell, even if you weren't put into the danger zone, no one really likes being betrayed, do they?
