It's not hard to figure out the meaning behind the names. Bellossom are pretty, bell-shaped grass types covered in blossoms. Plumage usually refers to feathers, but I can see how petals aren't so different, for Vileplume. [A quick glance over the top of her 'gear to make sure Venus isn't listening...] I can only assume the 'vile' comes from the smell they give off. They're not unlike Rafflesia, sometimes known as the 'corpse flower'.

She's teaching herself, really. I just give her a little push here and there.
